Job Description
Provide support and coordination to HR Manager for daily routines on C&B and administration support to the department
Support some company secretarial matters and compliance matters to ensures high standards of corporate governance in region to meet executive and statutory obligations
Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder
At least 2 -3 years hands-on HR experience
Exposure on company secretarial support or diploma holder in company secretaries is a definite advantage
Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance, Companies Ordinance and other statutory regulations
Excellent computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent verbal and written Cantonese and English
