<Job Responsibilities>
• Liaise with the suppliers in China
• Handle clients in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Malaysia)
• Prepare quotations, P/O, and issue invoices to the customers
• Prepare packing lists and delivery notes
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Forwarders, Warehouse, and Internal Departments on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare sales reports and forecast
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High diploma or above
• At least 1 year of sales support experience in a Japanese company
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
