<DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES> + recruitment + office mgt
• Act as Business Partner in advising and building organization designs that meet business / strategy, facilitate the growth of the company culture.
• Collaborate with managers on resource planning and manpower allocation to cope with business growth.
• Plan, monitor, and report headcount and personnel expenses budget.
• Cooperate with business unit HR on contract renewal and termination.
• Implement HR policies and procedures that support the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for office and store staff, including job posting, screening, conducting interviews, and on-boarding and off-boarding formalities.
• Implement salary administration (merit, promotion, adjustment).
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Is a pro-active advocate of driving our engagement initiatives following people engagement surveys; summarize and share the results to the stakeholders, identifies needs, propose action plans, follows up with the company, and work with engagement ambassadors to execute the action plan.
• Conduct talent management including succession planning and reviewing.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in cooperation of HQ HR.
• Conduct time attendance management
• In charge of submitting relevant HR reports/analyses to management and HQ HR, both on a monthly/weekly and ad hoc basis.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the company's shared service to assist ex-pats with management tasks such as VISA/House coordination, in- and out-of-host country support, etc.
• Responsible for leasing, office renovation and relocation projects
• Support office administration tasks
<REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE>
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience (HRBP, organization development, talent acquisition, HR operation).
• Business level in English or Japanese. (to communicate with Japan HQ)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders.
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution, with the ability to address and resolve a wide range of HR-related issues in a fair and effective manner.
• Able to adapt to environmental changes with flexibility.
• Experience in retail industries such as fashion (apparel/footwear) and cosmetics is preferred.
