Our client, a world famous Japanese electronic and trading company is currently seeking a right candidate to join their team for following position.
Japanese speaking Assistant HR & Admin Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in deciding HR strategy, employment policy, implementation of the company policy/resolution/decision
- Assist the company important personnel movement, organization restructure and manpower planning
- Handel company HR functions covering recruitment, C&B, training & development, and employee relationship.
-Preparing HR and Administration related budget plan
- Coach and guide team members to deliver good quality HRA operation and services
- Communication with HQ on HR or administration compliance matters
- Organizing company event and activities
- Responsible for the administrative expense control, supplier management, physical property and asset management, company car management
- Other ad-hoc job or tasks assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Human Resources or relevant discipline
- At least 8-10 years experience in full set HR and administration, of which minimum 2-3 years in a managerial position, preferably in Japanese Company
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or other related Ordinances and practices
- Good command in both spoken & written English & Chinese. Proficiency in Japanese will be an advantage
- Knowledgeable in HRIS, MS Office
- Good team player and with ability to guide the team to enhance operating efficiency, self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and deadline oriented
- Mature and stable person, capable to work independently, strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
- Immediately available is preferred
* More experience will be considered for a more senior position.
