<Job Responsibilities>
- Team building and management in EC marketing team
- Analyze sales data from web and digital channels.
- Create and plan a digital business strategy to achieve the annual business goals of the company's digital platform.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on product assortment, IT, fulfillment, etc. for the e-commerce channel, and work with regional and local planning and brand teams.
- Monitor competitor trends to improve your company's digital marketing strategy.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years of work experience as a manager or assistant manager in EC or trading marketing.
- Work experience in the retail industry (e-commerce site) is preferred, or in the e-commerce field is welcome.
- Work experience in trade and logistics is a great advantage to adapt to the operation of import and export easily.
- Knowledge of local/global e-commerce markets and platforms (e.g., eBay, Shopify, etc.)
- Experience in running a mall (eBay and other platforms).
- Analytical and planning skills, excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business level of English skill and native level of Cantonese skill
- Japanese language skill is an advantage
- Proficient MS skill
