<Job Responsibilities>
• Prepare and follow-up POs with overseas clients(Europe, North America, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, The Philippines)
• Prepare shipping documents
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, forwarders, warehouse, and internal departments on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports and conduct inventory control
• Shipment arrangements to ensure a timely delivery
• Liaise with the headquarters in Japan
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• At least 1 year of sales coordinator experience in a Japanese trading company
• Proficient in MS Office
