<Job Responsibilities>
• Assist the manager to research, gather information and prepare presentation and meeting material for the Japanese management
• Arrange meetings, attend meetings with the Japanese management
• Contact internal parties, group companies, and JP HQ to ensure a smooth business operation
• Gather information from internal departments and group companies for annual budget setting
• Provide all-rounded administrative and secretarial support to the Japanese management such as booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Business trip to Japan(1 or 2 times/year)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, and Chinese
• Business support experience in a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Japanese Word Processing)
• Knowledge in P/L, Balance Sheet
