<Duties>
▪ Responsibilities: Customer Support
- Monitoring of cargo imported and exported from Japan to China, Hong Kong and other Asian countries (including arrangement of transport ships and trucks), and reporting to customers.
- Calculation of transportation costs and issuance of invoices
- Translation of reports and company materials from Japanese into Chinese
- Research on various regulations and tax systems related to imported food (contact the Food and Environmental Health Authority or Customs)
- Accompanying sales staff when visiting customers
- Performing support duties at booth in exhibitions and events (several times a year)
- Ad hoc duties
- More than 2 years of work experience (in Japanese company, studying abroad in Japan or work experience in research duties will be an advantage.)
- Business level of Japanese, and English skills. Conversational Chinese skill (typing is requires) *Use Japanese or English in reporting to supervisor and internal meetings within the team
- EXCEL/WORD, PPT skills
- Graphic design software skill (preferred)
- Other marketing-related knowledge (not required, but preferable)
