<Job responsibilities>
We are looking for a candidate who can perform sales and sales related to logistics-related business centered on arrival and departure from Japan, Hong Kong, and mainland China, including other Asian countries and regions.
Also, new business development (including some operations).
Specifically, the following tasks are related to interactions with major potential clients such as companies in Japan and other countries, government agencies, and operational partners in Hong Kong.
・Sales of logistics-related businesses and gathering of market needs in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, and EC-related industries that are expected to grow in the future
・Planning potential business models, income and expenditure simulations
・Creating proposals to customers to develop new business
- Developing and coordinating companies and partners in Hong Kong, mainland China, and other Asian countries and regions in implementing the above, and networking that contributes to this.
・Coordination with partner companies regarding operational structure
・Obtaining and visiting customer appointments to develop new business
・Booth management support at exhibitions and events (several times a year)
・Visiting clients and overseas business trips to Asian countries and regions other than Hong Kong (several times a year)
・Ad hoc duties
・Working experience for about 5-10 years and more than 3 years of Sales experience.
・Working experience in a Japanese company, pharmaceutical/medical equipment/healthcare industry, or EC-related industry is a plus. No experience in the logistics industry is required.
・Language skills: Cantonese: native, Japanese/English/Mandarin: business
*Reports to direct superiors and team meetings in Japanese or English
* Opportunity to speak Japanese (everyday conversation level) with staff and customers at the Japan office (approximately once a week).
・PC skills
EXCEL/WORD (Business level: Able to compile marketing, research reports, proposals, etc.)
・PPT (level capable of presenting to clients)
・Graphic design software (not required but preferred)
・Other knowledge related to marketing and team management (not required but desirable)
