<Job Responsibilities>
• Gather client orders from the company’s e-shop
• Place the orders to internal departments and factories
• Assist the CS hotline team if they have difficulties
• Handle replacement orders from the e-shop customers
• Liaise with JPHQ for advice
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• At least 1 year of sales support experience
• Experience in e-commerce preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel Pivot Table, Lookup formula)
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above) , English, and Chinese
