<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle and evaluate clients’ medical claims, loss investigation
• Prepare claims reports and analysis
• Comment in detail on all aspects of the claim including policy liability considerations, and future actions
• Advise clients on claims procedure
• Ensure all documentation related to claims is complete and accurate
• Create and manage clients’ medical records
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Business Level of English and Japanese
• Degree holder or above
• At least 1 year of desk work experience in a Japanese company preferred
• Fresh graduate welcome
• Proficient in MS Office
• Visa sponsorship will be provided to native Japanese speaker
