<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle full set of Import/ Export Documents and customs declaration(Hong Kong⇔China)
• Follow up on orders and arrange shipment schedules with factories in China and clients from all over the world
• Prepare quotations by using Microsoft EXCEL
• Follow up on product development, sample, production process, shipment, and delivery schedule with JP HQ
• Maintain and update production records and system data by using Microsoft EXCEL
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 1 year of sales support experience in a Japanese company
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), and Chinese, conversational in English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially EXCEL
