<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide support to Sales Team
• Register the new item or new client into the master system (SAP)
• Verify the invoices from the forwarders
• Generate sales reports from the system and perform data analysis
• Liaise with the JP HQ regarding the sales reports
• Liaise with the warehouse regarding delivery problems(Damaged goods)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office(Excel, VBA)
• FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME
• Candidates with sales support experience who are familiar with the trading companies' workflow preferred
