<Job Responsibilities>
• Take orders from sister companies overseas (Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, China, the Philippines, the U.S, Brazil, Mexico, India, Spain)
• NO NEED to prepare invoice/P.O/delivery note/Customs declaration
• Liaise with the Chinese suppliers and ensure a timely delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports and conduct inventory control
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High Diploma or above
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• At least 3 years of sales support experience in a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
