<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist in the package design process by listening to the instruction from the headquarter in Japan and relaying the instruction to the designers in Hong Kong
- Make sure the designers follow the schedule and instructions
- Translate the words on the package from Japanese to Chinese or vice versa
- Conduct product inspection to make sure that the product is in accordance with the legal regulations in Hong Kong and Taiwan
- Liaise with the branch office in Taiwan regarding the package design
- Liaise with the printing company in Japan regarding the package design
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Diploma holder or above
- At least 1 year of sales support experience
- Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications
