<Job Responsibilities>
• Lead and manage a team of Sales Coordinators and Purchasers
• Oversee the daily operation and the performance of the team
• Suggest corrective actions to improve the team productivity
• Provide solutions for operational difficulties
• Assist in risk management, project management, inventory control, warehouse operation, contract negotiation, and cost management
• Control freight cost
• Cooperate with Sales Team to ensure timely delivery
• Assist / In charge of ad hoc duties (e.g. SAP improvement and development, etc.)
• Occasional business trips(South East Asia/Once per year or less)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• At least 10 years of sales coordinator/administrative experience
• Operation management experience in a trading company is a MUST
• Sound knowledge in the operational workflow(Not only Sales operation but also delivery flow)
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, and Chinese
