<Job Responsibilities>
• Prepare and follow up POs with overseas suppliers
• Issue trading/shipping-related documents. Mainly by SAP
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Forwarders, Warehouse, and Internal Departments on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee Suppliers & Forwarders’ performance in delivery and pricings
• Preparing reports and conducting inventory control
• Visit factories in Shenzhen and Vietnam(2-3 times/year)
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Fresh graduate welcome
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred
