Work details
<Job Responsibilities>
・Monitoring of cargo imported / exported from Japan to China and Hong Kong (including arrangements for transport vessels and trucks) and reporting to customers
・Calculation of transportation costs, issuance of invoices
・Inventory management, picking, and packing work for apparel products
(work about once a week in the office)
・Booth staff at exhibitions and events (several times a year)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Previous experience of import operation more than 1 year
・English (business level)
・Chinese (daily conversation level, typing skill required)
・EXCEL / WORD
・Report in English to the immediate superior.
・Able to talk with customers or partner companies in mainland China
in Putonghua (daily conversation level) (about a few times a week).
