<Job Responsibilities>
- Mainly helping with reports making.
- Responsible to improve the efficiency and accuracy by creating various report formats and solutions.
- Required to work closely with other staff members.
(i.e. own department, cross department, other subsidiaries, for modifying the current operations.)
- Support the daily operations in Sales Administration Department.
- Assist in company system’s (SAP) master maintenance
- Assist in various checking. eg. invoices from forwarders, PO, backlog, stock;
- Assist manager in any ad hoc duties and projects.
- Support manager in preparing ISO and JSOX document
- Other ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Fluent in English, Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Fluent in Japanese is a must (both written and spoken)
- Proficient communication skill is a must
- Proficient excel skills is a must (especially excel macro function & excel VBA )
- Good in other MS Office Applications
- Prefer candidates who are familiar with daily operation in Sales / Sales Administration Department.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, self-motivated, well-organized
- Able to work independently
