Daily Jobs
・Check bank statement before 10AM via SWIFT
・Prepare instruction for payments and receipts
Back Office Job including Deposit / Wire Transfer / Computer / General Affairs
- Handle transaction for inwards / outwards wire transfer, current account including payment of inward clearing cheque, cheque deposite or transfer
- Prepare the daily transaction report etc
Administration
- Prepare weekly schedule etc
General affairs
- Control expense
- Manage invoice, receipts and update ledgers etc
- Bind the monthly receipt file
- Assist Managers for preparing budget for next term
Ad-hoc
- Serve tea to guest
- Deliver documents in case driver / messenger is in absence or not around etc
