<Job Responsibilities>
• Prepare and follow up POs, invoices
• Liaise with the JP HQ regarding the production process and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Forwarders and JP HQ on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Liaise with clients in China and Vietnam regarding the delivery status
• Prepare reports and conduct inventory control
• Visit clients in China(Guangzhou, 3d2n) and Vietnam(4d2n) (3-4 times/year)
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• At least 3 years of sales admin experience in a Japanese company preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in handling Chinese clients preferred
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Fresh graduate welcome
