<Job Responsibilities>
• Prepare and follow-up POs
• Prepare shipping documents
• Coordinate with internal clients in Japan
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports and conduct inventory control
• Company dinner in Shenzhen once/month(After COVID)
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High school or above
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate with part-time/internship welcome
• 1 year of sales support experience in a Japanese electronics company preferred
