Job Description
• Monitor and supervise general administrative activities.
• provide all-rounded support of human resources services including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll process, staff retention and performance management
• Review, formulate and implement HR policies
• Regularly involve in salary bench marking projects
• Handle and provide support other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, with exposure in MNC environment preferred
• Flexible and attention to details, skillful at prioritizing tasks and multi-tasked
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Strong influencing, problem solving and leadership skills
