Our client, Japanese famous electric manufacturing company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Finance&Admin Support (Part-time) as followings:
Job Description
- Preparing DN, AR,AP and GL
- Scan DN for record and send DN List & PDF to group company
- Pick up invoice for month end payment
- Filing
- Ordering pantry items, stationery, water and courier material (ex. Waybill Form, envelope)
- Visit a post office and buying Stamp
- Prepare consumable claim form
- Sending IV and PO
- Posting mail everyday
- Guest greeting and picking up phone call
- Book hotel room, air tickets and double license car
- Checking Fax box and Fax Printer Counter Report to Canon
- Arrange Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Conversational Japanese and English
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Flexible and willing to support ad-hoc duties
Additional Job Information
- HKD100/hour
- 2.5-3 hour between 9am – 5:30pm
- 5 days is preferable
