Company Overview<br/>Our Client, a famous Japanese financial service company is now looking for suitable candidates as following:<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>-Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, salary & payroll administration, Training & Development, manpower planning, and Performance Management<br/>-Formulate and implement HR policies and lead HR related projects<br/>-Develop strategies to attract, engage and retain talent<br/>-Handle employment visa applications and IANG visa applications<br/>-Ad hoc duties as assigned<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>-Minimum 8 years of HR experience preferably in sizable organization<br/>-Management experience is necessary<br/>-Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation<br/>-Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin<br/>-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing<br/>-Only immediate availability is considered<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>[Working Hour]<br/>-Mon-Fri : 9:00 -18:00<br/><br/>[Allowance]<br/>-Discretionary Bonus<br/>-Medical allowance(including Dental) <br/>-Annual Leave : 1st year 14 days, Max 19 days <br/>-Sick Leave<br/>-Location TST<br/><br/>
