Company Overview
Our client, a Japanese luxury goods company , is looking for a suitable candidate as followings:
Job Description
•Full set accounting duties (daily accounting operation, data input, checking invoices, and filing
•Prepare payment vouchers and handle internet banking payment
•Handle petty cash and staff reimbursement
•Assist in daily accounting operation and month-end closing
•Liaison with auditors and Japan HQ
•Manage monthly and annual budget, prepare documents regarding financial statements.
•Handle insurance issues of products and shops
•Assist IT support, Security, Repairing , Cleaning etc.
•Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
•Major in Accounting or related diploma.
•Full set of accounting
•LCCI Level 3
•Basic Leve of Japanese (N2 holder or over 3 year experience of using Japanese at business situations is welcome)
•Good command of Cantonese and English.
•Responsible, good time-management, Flexible and Proactive.
※ Candidate who has management experience is an advantage.
