Our client, a famous Japanese logistics and door to door delivery service company, is now looking for the below talent to join their team
Job Description
•Handle daily incoming enquiries / booking
•Support Sales and Customer Service team work
•Maintain good communication with warehouse and customer
•Handle enquires from local and oversea clients, overseas office
Requirements
•Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
•Proficiency in spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 level or above)
•At least 2-year customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably gained from logistics company
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Self – motivated and well organized with strong sense responsibility
•Able to work independently to meet deadline and stable and eager to learn
•Immediate available is highly preferred
