Job Description
-Providing first line support to users
-Providing help desk support guidance to users on basic computer related questions
-Take ownership of help desk case resolution
-Escalate help desk cases when needed
-Occasional travel to Asian countries
Requirements
-Willing to learn
-Higher diploma or degree holder of IT related area, fresh graduates are welcome
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments
-Experience in providing mobile and pc support is a plus
-Knowledge on server, virtualization, networking and conferencing equipment is an advantage
-Strong communication skill in Cantonese/English/Mandarin language is essential. Ability in Japanese is an advantage but not a must
