Company Overview
Our client, a worldwide Japanese F&B company is looking for suitable candidate for their new team in Hong Kong with the following:
Job Description
-Create and sort company regulations and employment ordinance with support of lawyers and consultation
-Assist with agents in MPF calculation, Fire & Public Liability Insurance/Group Medical Plan, Tax Return
-Manage the hiring process such as recruitment of restaurant staffs by using advertisements(there will be support by Japanese staffs)
-Assist in salary review and rewards
-Assist in general admin duties
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-At least 5 years relevant HR experience
-Experience in recruiting staffs for F&B or retail stores is a big advantage
-Experience in start up company/office is an advantage
-Experience working with PRC branches is an advantage
-Good command in English and Mandarin
-Team player with high sense of responsibility, able to work independently, detail-minded with good communication skills
-Immediately available is a must
