Company Overview
Our client, an electronics manufacturing company, they are looking for the below talent to fill their team
Job Description
•Provide full spectrum of HR services and training functions and recruitment matters
•Implement and review HR policies and procedures in areas of compensation & benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, manpower planning, etc to ensure alignment with industry practices and regulation requirement
•Provide advice and counsel to management and employees on staff-related matters
•Oversee all administrative functions to promptly support the daily operations of corporate office
•Handle HK tax reporting matters & PRC IIT tax for business travelers
•Responsible for ISO internal audit
•Handle any ad-hoc projects as instructed
Requirements
•Degree holder or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
•About 5-8 years of experience in HR & administration, experience in sizable companies are preferred
•Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance, HR practice and regulations
•Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking is a plus
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
