Our client, a well-know consumer electronic company is looking for a HR Generalist for the team.
Job Description
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, learning & development, employee relations & communication, other general HR and Expatriate administration, etc.
• Plan, organize and coordinate different kinds of staff activities
• Participate in various HR initiatives, development programs and ad hoc projects/assignments such as revamp employee handbook, HRIS enhancement, insurance renewal exercise, HR audit, etc.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Detail minded, well-organized and being able to prioritize and cope with multi-tasks
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
