Our client, a Japanese luxury goods company , is looking for a Japanese Speaking Accounting and Admin Officer
Job Description
•Responsible for daily accounting operation, data input, checking invoices, and filing
•Prepare payment vouchers and handle internet banking payment
•Handle petty cash and staff reimbursement
•Assist in daily accounting operation and month-end closing
•Handle guest greetings and incoming enquires from phone calls, in person, fax lines and etc
•Be responsible for routine shop renovation and repair.
•Liaison with service suppliers and vendors such as insurance; IT; security; cleaning and etc.
•Provide all rounded administrative support.
Requirements
•High diploma or above
•2-3 years solid experience in Accounting or Administrative field
•Good Command of Japanese
•Responsible, good time-management, team player
