Job Description
Our client, a Japanese company focus in enterprise IT solution is now looking for a right candidate to join their company.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Sales team on administration functions: sales order follow up, quotation, contract, reports...etc.
Prepare client meeting presentation, material, assist / attend client meeting when required.
Assist in sales forecast and prepare monthly sales report.
Job Requirements:
DSE / Diploma holder in business / marketing.
Minimum 3 years’ solid sales / sales support experience, background in selling IT products and services is a must.
Good Japanese speaking to communicate with the team and handle Japanese client is required.
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent account servicing and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written Japanese & English, Putonghua is an advantage
