Job Description
My client, a Japanese logistics company is now looking for a Japanese speaking candidate for following position focus in Training and Recruitment)
Responsibilities:
•Handle staff training and recruitment to the company
•Be a business partner and coordinate with internal user to implement recruitment plan, develop training material to different level of staff.
•Support HR duties such as staff contract, liaise with different recruitment channel to source suitable candidate.
•Other HR / ad hoc project may required.
Requirements:
•Diploma holder or above in any discipline
•2- 3 years recruitment with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•Good experience, knowledge to handle HR ordinance, and give advise on labor practices or related matter.
•Japanese speaking is a must, also required good English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
•Experience to work in logistics industry is an advantage.
•Good PC knowledge, organizational and good reporting skill.
•Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
Location: Kowloon East
5 day work week
