Our client, a Japanese F&B company, is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows:
Responsibilities
Assist in handling recruitment process such as job advertisements posting, interview arrangements.
Participate in handling the procedures of staff engagement and disengagement.
Responsible for workers payroll management including attendance records and leave records.
Involve in performing the duties of compensation & benefits, e.g. group medical, work injury case and staff allowance scheme.
Assist in all round office administration
Requirements
Around 1-3 years working experience. F&B field would be advantageous
Knowledge of labour ordinance
Good command of Japanese and English
Good command in MS Office
Good communication skill,Cheerful
