Our Client, a global industrial equipment company is now looking the candidate as below requirement -
· Understand business and its strategy, be an active part of the decision making process across all facets of the organizational unit (sales, service, support functions, etc)
· Understand the external world and its implications on the business and people strategy (industries, markets, customers, HR, people practices etc.) – „bring the outside in“
· Proactively influences management to support the successful implementation of HR programs and initiatives
· Provide the local perspective of business needs and requirements to HR at all levels
· Ensure implementation of Global/Regional HR Strategy in alignment with local needs
· Develop and communicate the local People Strategy and translate it into HR goals and actions
· Identify needs for change management activities
· Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations
· Partnering with business leaders to actively analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy
· Enable local business to develop a diverse, robust talent pipeline
· Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs, processes, and policies based on the business environment / strategy
· Manages the delivery of solutions covering multiple areas of Human Resources such as recruitment, training and development, payroll, MPF, insurance, employee relations etc for Hong Kong/Macau office
· Leads corporate initiatives such as employee satisfaction survey, and other complex and high-visibility projects as necessary
· Ensures compliance with applicable statues. Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with internal guidance and government laws
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ HR generalist/business partner experience. Experience working with sales and service business teams helpful
· Professional in Human Resources is preferred
· Strong business acumen and advanced employment law knowledge
· Ability to objectively coach and influence employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
· Proficiency in conflict investigation/resolution, consulting, negotiation, influencing, and facilitation
· Ability to work on assignments requiring considerable judgment, decision making and initiative
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Fluent in Cantonese, English; Japanese language skill is a plus
