Our client is a Japan’s largest logistics and delivery service company. They are now looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team in following position.
HR and Administration Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to provide full set HR function such as payroll, C&B, training & development, manpower planning...etc.
- Oversee the administration function to support office & warehouses matter, project.
- Provide and support to assist the management to review company's policy, ISO requirement...etc.
- Support in handling ad-hoc projects. .
Requirements:
- Degree holder in relevant field
- At least 8 years experience in Human Resource and administration, working experience in a sizable Japanese company is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English ad Mandarin, good in Japanese is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal to drive and lead change within the organization.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
Package:
