Our client, a manufacturer of interior components for automotive, is now urgently looking for Sales & Purchase Coordinator with following requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle end to end sales operation dealing with Automotive Equipment- Prepare each quotation upon clients requirement- To issue PO and Invoices, packing lists, etc- Follow and arrange shipments cooperating with forwarders- Monthly sales & purchasing report and analysis- Preparation of Sales & Purchase Forecast and Schedule
Requirements
- F 5 or above, Able speak and write Mandarin, English, Japanese- At least 5 year experience at Manufacturing & Trading Field, acknowledge with shipping/logistics operation - Flexible to Travel to China (Daily Trip), about once a month - Experience in negotiating with suppliers and customers in Japan, China, Asian, USA, UK, Taiwan- Immediately available must be big advantage
Package & Benefit- 5 days (Mon-Friday) ,
- Monthly salary : 18K-20K
- Double Pay + Discretionary Bonus
