Our client, a Japanese electronics components company, is looking for an Assistant as following requirements.
Job Duties
- Handle customer inquiry- Liaise with customer, factory, forwarder, and other parties regarding sales and purchases and the related shipments
- Handle shipment with customer, factory and forwarder
- Handle shipping documents, invoicing and other processing and approval procedures
- Accounting system operations such as data input, checking and report generation
- Documents filing and maintenance
Job Requirements
- 1 year relevant working experience- Good command of English and Mandarin - Immediate available is preferred
Package
- Kwai Chung- 5 days work- 12-15K
