<Job Responsibilities>
Estimated ratio of duties: Admin duty: 80%, HR duty: 20%
・Coordination with outsourcing HR company about HR matters
・Support staff recruiting, MPF, medical arrangement
・Administrative duties new stores opening paperwork, BR management for stores
・Handle visa matters for employees
・Management of office materials
・Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 2 years of work experience in Admin and HR section
・Good command in spoken and written Japanese and English
・Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
・Caring tidiness and well-organized person
・Willing to work while valuing teamwork with good communication skills
