<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for team building and management of the EC marketing team.
- Focus on team building.
- Analyze sales data from web data and digital channels.
- Create and plan a digital business strategy to achieve annual business goals for company's digital platform.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on e-commerce channel product assortment, IT, fulfillment, etc., and coordinate with a regional & local planning team and a brand team.
- Be aware of each company's own systems and web marketing.
- Improve company's digital marketing strategy by monitoring competitors' trends.
- Ad hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years of experience as a manager or assistant manager in e-commerce or trade marketing.
- Practical experience in the retail industry (e-commerce field) is an advantage; extensive in e-commerce fields is welcome.
- Knowledge of local/global e-commerce markets and platforms (e.g. eBay, Shopify, etc.)
- Experience in operating a mall (platforms such as eBay).
- Experience in trade and logistics will be a great advantage. (in the e-commerce operations, the experience in import/export will be utilized.)
- Analytical and planning abilities and good presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Communication level in Japanese and business level in English.
- MS Office proficiency
