详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle customers enquiries and complaints via online platform, email, or face-to-face with professional manner
• Ensure timely delivery orders and shipments
• Build up and maintain good relationships with customers and provide high-quality customer service
• Liaise with internal, external parties and foreign branches to ensure the proper and smooth operation of the department
• Initiate marketing campaigns and events such as seminars, intensive tours.
• Support daily filing and prepares periodic reports for management
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above is preferred
• 2 years or above working experience in customer service or marketing industry
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) , English and Chinese
• Proficient in Chinese word processing and MS Office
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Mature, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and friendly service attitude
• Immediately available is highly preferred
