详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide all-round secretarial and administrative duties (phone response, visitor support, binding the monthly documents etc)
- Communicate with other internal departments and correspond to their requests about admin related duties
- Control expense, manage invoice, receipts and update ledgers in necessary situations
- Arrange or perform to deliver cheques or related documents
- Ad hoc duties assigned by manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・More than 1-2 years of relevant experiences is highly advantage
・Good team player, responsible and sincere person
・Business level of Japanese and English skill
・Good command of Japanese literacy (able to communicate with Japanese in HQ)
・Fresh graduate is welcome
