详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle clients’ inquiries and complaints referred by the call center operated by outside partners
• Clients are e-shop customers across Asia
• Monitor call center performance to improve the operation
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors
• Attend internal cross-departmental meetings
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Higher diploma / Associate Degree in any disciplines
• At least 1 year of CS experience(E-shop preferred)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Positive working attitude, responsible, and focus on service quality
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
