Marketing Officer

<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist in daily sales & marketing operations.
- Work closely with internal or external teams to develop and execute online promotions to drive sales.
- Analyze and optimize traffic and conversion of online sales channels and propose new promotions and product idea for growth.
- Handling customer enquiries in different online platforms.
- Maintain overall operation including content and system configurations of official website and other online channels in a timely manner.
- Assist in performance analysis, understand the insights, provide recommendations to the team.
- Implement digital marketing strategies for the brand, support the maintenance of official website & social media platforms, coordination with creative and assist in content creation.
- Responsible for ad hoc assignments as required
- Work scope not limited to branding, digital marketing, promotion Assist in daily sales & marketing operations.


- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications related disciplines.
- 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing or ecommerce, customer service in luxury retail industry is preferred.
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Experience in e-commerce cross-channel marketing campaigns including websites, SEO and social media communities
- Experience in online customer service
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position Senior Marketing Officer

- Japanese N2 or above / relevant working experience using Japanese
