详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
• Assist in C&B duties such as payroll calculation, taxation, MPF, benefits administration and leave management, etc
• Assist in onboarding & offboarding employee cycle, HR system update, and enhancement, training programs, working visa application & renewal, and other staff benefit-related tasks
• Implementing and formulating HR procedures and policies
• Handling daily bookkeeping and fund transfer
• Responsible for tax filing, and returns as well as employee insurance
• Other ad‐hoc tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's Degree holder in accounting or business administration
• At least 3 years of handling HR & Admin experience
• Knowledge of bookkeeping
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
