详细工作内容
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality;
• Support sales team on orders follow up;
• Co-ordinate with Operations Teams for shipment follow up;
• Shipment delivery follow up with customers, external and internal parties;
• Handle problem cases as assigned;
• Preparing reports and presentations.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Form 5 or above;
• Fluent spoken in English, Cantonese and Japanese;
• Comprehensive understanding for written Cantonese & English; preferable to read & write Japanese (JPLT N3 or above);
• 2 years or more in customer service/operations, trading related business incl. manufacturers, traders, or logistics service providers;
• Work experiences in Japanese company as customer service or inside sales is preferable;
• Experience in procurement of logistics service and export/import arrangement will be preferred;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player;
• Good in MS office applications, including excel, words.
