Company Overview
Our client, Japanese famous electric manufacturing company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Shipping Clerk as followings:
Job Description
- Arrange export delivery control
- Liaise with Japanese HQ's shipping department and own factory in China
- Issue export documents
- Documentation Filing
- Support translating between Japanese and Cantonese/Mandarin for Shipping Manager
- Assist any ad-hoc duties- Handle any ad-hoc duties upon required
Requirements
- Good command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate and the candidate without relevant working experience is welcomed
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Flexible and willing to support ad-hoc duties
Additional Job Information
13,000 – 14,000 HKD *non negotiable
- Mon-Fri : 9am – 5:30pm
- Transportation *at cost Max: hkd800/month
- Medical
- Over Time Allowance
- Double Pay
- Discretionary Bonus
- 1st year: Special leave 7 days plus 3 days which need to spent on designed date (Aug)
2nd & 3rd year (10)days, Maximum (20) days
- Sick Leave : 1st year 5 days/year, 2nd year 5days/year, Max 8days/year
- 3 months probation
