Our client, a Japanese company, is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows:
Job Description
Processing product orders from customers and place orders to OEM factories in Japan
Coordinating product import schedule with counter partner with our Tokyo branch
Arranging shipping documents for triangle shipment
Issuing delivery notes and invoices to customers
Preparing relevant internal control documents
Requirements
University or College degree required
1+ years of trade and supply chain operation experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines
Business level in Japanese with reading & writing skill
Business level in English skill
Proficiency in computer application, especially in using MS Excel
