详细工作内容
Our Client, a global industrial equipment company is now looking the candidate as below requirement -
Job Duties:
• Perform full reception function in a professional manner
• Responsible for general reception duties including greeting visitors, handling telephone calls, mailing services etc
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR & Admin. department
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma with 1 year relevant experience
• Excellent telephone manner, greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Cheerful, good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, organized and attention to details
• Good PC knowledge including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in Mandarin, English, conversational in Japanese speaking is required
• Immediate available preferred
Package:
• Mon – Fri / 9am – 6pm
• Double Pay
• Kwun Tong
• Salary up to 13K
